How to make Perfect no fail Eggless Zebra Cake…

  1. Preheat your oven at 170 to 180 degree C.
  2. You can use hand blender to blend all the ingredients quick and easily.
  3. Take the curd in a big bowl  add sugar, vinegar, oil, 2 tbsp milk and vanilla essence and make a smooth paste.12271114_10207955620159209_1367609686_o12271196_10207955620079207_922176243_o
  4. Sieve all the dry ingredients. All purpose flour, baking powder, salt and baking soda.12231580_10207955620399215_327691538_n
  5. Now in a bigger bowl add dry ingredients into wet ingredients in a small batch. Mix with cut and fold method.12270332_10207955620719223_1543835102_n

  7. Devide the batter into 2 equal portions. Add cocoa powder and 2 tbsp milk in one of the batter. untitled
  8. Grease a 8” Baking tray with oil. Place butter paper/ parchment paper on the bottom of the tray or dust with flour.15207825_10211157883733797_714450670_n
  9. In the middle of the pan Pour 2 tbsp. of each batter one by one at a time to create layers.

  11. Use wooden stick to get desired design. (I moved wooden stick from the  border of the pan to the middle of the pan and then in between in that lines moved stick from middle of the pan to the border ) 15209026_10211158028817424_1857720027_n

  14. To check if it is cooked, insert a tooth pick and it should come out clean.
