Green Mint Chutney is easy to make with few ingredients. You can eat it with any pakoda or snack item. Any savory items tastes delicious with this chutney.
Simple recipe of making green chutney as follows..
Ingredients :
- 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves
- 1/4 cup coriander leaves
- 2 green chillies
- 1 small onion
- 1/2 inch ginger
- 1/4 cup thick curd
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- Salt as per taste
Method:
- In a mixer griander take all chutney ingredients.
- Add some water if required and makes smooth paste.
Chutney is ready to serve with hot Tawa Paneer Tikka….yum
