How to make Green Coriander Coconut Chutney….

Green Coriander Coconut Chutney is easy to make with few ingredients. This can eat with any pakoda or snack item. Any savory items taste yum with this chutney. Simple recipe of making green chutney as follows..

Ingredients :

for Chutney

  • 1 cup grated coconut
  • 1/2 cup coriander leaves
  • 2 Green chillies
  • 1/2 inch ginger
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 2 tbsp curd
  • 2 tbsp daria (Split roasted gram)
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • Salt as per taste

For tempering

  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp mustard seeds
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 7/8 curry leaves

Method:

  1. In a mixer griander take all chutney ingredients.12834482_10208767064684815_2083040576_n
  2. Add some water and make smooth paste.
  3. In a small pan heat oil on slow flame.
  4. Add mustard seeds and let it splutter.
  5. Add curry leaves and fry for seconds.
  6. Pour tempering over the chutney and mix well.

Chutney is ready to serve with hot pakoda….yum
