How to make Eggless Perfect Valentines day Red Velvet Cake …

Red Velvet Cake is a cake which is traditionally prepared in layers. This Cake is easy to make and is a very good in taste.

A perfect Valentines day desert for your love.

I want to share my recipe with you ….

Ingredients :

  • 1 and 1/2 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 cup curd
  • 3 tbsp milk
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 2 tsp red food colouring
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup oil or melted butter
  • 1 and 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1 tsp white vinegar / lemon juice
  • A pinch of salt

Method:

  1. Preheat your oven at  180 degree C.
  2. You can use hand blender to blend all the ingredients quick and easily.
  3. Take the curd in a big bowl,  and add sugar, oil, milk, vinegar and vanilla essence. Make a smooth paste. 12271114_10207955620159209_1367609686_o12271196_10207955620079207_922176243_o
  4. Add food colouring and mix well.
  5. I used this colour.

  8. Sieve all the dry ingredients. All purpose flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, salt and baking soda.12281545_10207987909766429_295242509_o.jpg
  9. Now in a bigger bowl add dry ingredients into wet ingredients in a small batch. Mix with cut and fold method. Mix well.
  10. Grease a 8” Baking tray with oil. Place butter paper/ parchment paper on the bottom of the tray or dust with flour.

  13. To check if it is cooked, insert a tooth pick and it should come out clean.

How to make Eggless Banana Cake

Ripe bananas can make a very yummy, light and spongy Banana Cake. A very ripe banana can be used as a substitute for an egg.

It is very easy to make. It is a very good snack for kids or can be accompany with a cup of tea.. ..

Ingredients :

  • 1 and 1/2 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2/3rd cup oil or melted butter
  • 4 medium sized ripe bananas
  • Pinch of  Salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 2 drops of red food colouring  (Optional)
  • Powder sugar for decoration only.

Method:

  1. Preheat your oven at 170 to 180 degree C.
  2. You can use mixer grinder or hand blender to blend all the ingredients quick and easily.
  3. Peel and chop bananas and add it in to a blender.
  4. Add sugar, oil and vanilla essence. Make a smooth paste.
  5. Sieve all dry ingredients. All purpose flour, Baking Powder, Baking Soda and Salt.
  6. Now in a bigger bowl add dry ingredients into wet ingredients in a small batch.  Mix with cut and fold method.
  7. Add red colour drops. Mix well. cake 1
  8. Grease a 8” Baking tray with oil. Place butter paper/ parchment paper on the bottom of the tray or dust with flour.
  9. Pour the batter and tap gently to remove air bubbles.
  10. Place the tray inside an oven. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes.cake2
