With yummy and delicious Masala Milk
Sharing simple recipe with you all ?
Recipe as follows :
Ingredients :
- 1 ltr Milk
- 1 cup Sugar
- 8/10 Saffron stands/ Kesar
- 1/4 tsp Cardamom powder
- Chopped nuts (Cashews, Pistachio and Almonds)
- Some Chironji
Method:
- Boil milk till it reduced half quantity.
- In that add crushed nuts.
- Let it simmer for 5 to 7 min. Stir in between.
- Now add sugar and mix well.
- Finally add cardamom powder, kesar and chironji.
- Let it simmer for around 5 minutes.
- Cool for some time then serve.

Delicious Masala Milk is ready to drink.

Kairi Panha / Raw Mango drink?

It is cool, refreshing and energetic drink at any time. This natural and traditional Maharashtrian drink is very easy to make. Here is a simple recipe of Kairi Panha with only a few ingredients as follows….
Ingredients :
- 2 raw mangoes
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
- Salt taste
- 2 cup cold water
- Some ice cubes
- Mint leaves for garnishing
Method:
- Wash Mangoes properly and and pressure cook them.
- After cooling down peel the skin and remove it and seed till you are left with mango pulp.
- In a mixer grinder add raw mango pulp, sugar, cardamom powder and salt.
- Add 1/2 cup water. Grind it and make fine paste.

- Strain mixture with the strainer.
- Add water and mix well.
- Adjust sweetness asper the taste.
- Garnish with ice cubes and mint leaves.
- Yummy and delicious Kairi Panha is ready.
- Serve chilled.

Sol kadhi is a delicious curry which can serve with rice or any non veg dish like mutton or chicken curry. This curry can be drunk after finishing your food for digestion. It is made from kokum and coconut..
Simple recipe of making sol kadhi with few ingredients as follows….
Ingredients :
- 1 Fresh Grated Coconut
- 6 to 8 Dried Kokum Petals
- 1/2 cup Hot Water
- 5/6 Garlic Cloves
- 2 small Green Chillies
- 1 tsp Cumin seeds
- Salt to taste
- Chopped coriander for Garnish
Method:
- Soak Kokum Petals in a hot water for around 3 to 4 hours or overnight to make kokum juice.

- In a Mixer grinder add garlic cloves, green chillies, cumin seeds and grated coconut.
- Add 1/2 cup water. Grind it and make fine paste. Strain coconut milk with the strainer.
- Add 1/2 cup water again and mix well. stain coconut milk again. Do this procedure 2/3 times to get thick coconut milk with the flavour of chilli garlic and cumin.
- Add salt to taste.
- Now add Kokum juice and mix well.

- You can use ready made Kokam Aagal also to make sol kadi.

- Garnish with chopped coriander.

- Yummy and delicious sol kadi is ready.

- Serve chilled.

Enjoy yummy sol kadhi with spicy Kombdi-Vade…..its delicious!!
