How to make Restaurant style Yummy Tawa Paneer Tikka ??

Tawa Paneer Tikka

Restaurant style Yummy Paneer tikka is made on the gas stove. It is simple to make at home and delicious in taste.

Marinate paneer cubes and veggies in spices and fry on a non-stick skilet.

Delicious Paneer Tikka Served with Green Mint Chutney. ..

Showing quick and easy recipe as follows..

Ingredients :

For marination

  • 500g Paneer
  • 1 red Capsicum
  • 1 green Capsicum
  • 1 big Onion
  • 1 big Tomato
  • 1/2 cup Curd
  • 2 tbsp Gram flour
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 4 tsp Tandoori Masala
  • 2 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
  • 1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 tsp Kasuri Methi
  • Salt to taste
  • Butter and oil for frying

Method:

  1. Cut paneer into cubes and onions into pieces.

  3. Take curd in a big bowl, add  gram flour, turmeric powder, tandoori masala, kashmiri red chilli powder, ginger- garlic paste, lemon juice, kasuri methi and salt. Mix well.  Add paneer cubes , capsicum, tomato and onion pieces. 15879069_10211608637602362_2146814798_n

  5. Arrange paneer cubes, onion, tomato pieces and capsicum pieces on bbq stick.

  7. Fry on slow flame untill its colour changes to golden brown from all the sides.

How to make Perfect no fail Eggless Zebra Cake…

  1. Preheat your oven at 170 to 180 degree C.
  2. You can use hand blender to blend all the ingredients quick and easily.

  7. Devide the batter into 2 equal portions. Add cocoa powder and 2 tbsp milk in one of the batter. untitled

  9. In the middle of the pan Pour 2 tbsp. of each batter one by one at a time to create layers.

It can be made with few ingredients and can goes well with yummy curries or any veggie. Showing simple way of making soft and fully puffed Chapati / Roti

Recipe as follows..

Ingredients :

  • 1 Cup wheat flour
  • 1 tbsp. oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Water

Method:

Method of Making Roti dough :

  3. Heat skillet or tawa on medium flame.

  6. Cook properly another side and flip roti again.
  7. Press full roti with cloth ball.

This is the 100th post of my blog.  Sharing my all time favourite soup recipe with you all..

Enjoy this winter with warm and light Clear Veggies Soup. Very easy to make healthy soup with crunch of vegetables. ?

Recipe of this simple soup is as follows…

Ingredients :
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp finely chopped garlic
  • 4 to 5 chopped spring onion bulb
  • 1/2 cup sweet corn kernels (Frozen/ Fresh)
  • 1/2 cup carrot diced
  • 1/2 cup cauliflower florets
  • 4 tbsp. corn flour
  • 1/2 tsp vinegar
  • Green spring onion for garnishing
  • 3 to 4 cups water/vegetable stock
  • 1 tsp black pepper powder
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. In a deep heavy bottom pan heat butter on the slow flame.
  2. Add garlic and stir for a minute.
  3. Add spring onion bulb, cauliflower florets and diced carrot pieces for 2 mins. (You can add any other veggie too as per your choice like capsicum, french beans, green peas etc)
  4. Add sweet corn kernels and mix well.
  5. Add vegetable stock or water and bring it to boil.
  6. Add some water in cornflour and make a fine paste. Add it into pan. It will thicken your soup. 15128677_10211106911619526_1478099418_n
  7. Add black pepper powder, vinegar and salt.
  8. Garnish with spring onion pieces.

Quick and easy-to-make healthy breakfast or snack item. Its kind of a pancake .

Delicious chilla can be made with just a few ingredients. Add oatmeal and spinach to make a power packed breakfast

My way of making Oatmeal Spinach Chilla is as follows..

Ingredients :

  • 1/2 cup instant oatmeal
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped fresh Methi / Fenugreek leaves
  • 1/4 cup gram flour/ besan
  • 1 onion finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp rice flour
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp ginger-chilli paste
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • Pinch of asafoetida
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tsp oil
  • Water as per requirement
  • Oil to grease the pan

Method:

  1. In a big bowl take instant oatmeal, methi leaves, gram flour, onion, cumin seeds, ginger-chilli paste, red chilli powder, Pinch of asafoetida, garam masala powder,  turmeric powder and rice flour. 15086204_10211070525389893_375732221_n15058010_10211070525269890_1386148205_n
  2. Add salt to taste and mix well.

  5. Heat a non stick tawa or dosa pan on medium flame. Grease the pan with oil.

It is a quick and easy-to-make healthy snack item.  Its a spicy blend of fresh fenugreek leaves and gram flour. Easy to make yummy side dish during meal. Delicious pancake can be made with just a few ingredients.

Sharing very simple recipe with you..

Ingredients :

  • 1 cup fresh Methi / Fenugreek leaves finely chopped
  • 1 onion finely chopped
  • 1 cup gram flour/ besan
  • 2 tbsp rice flour
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp ginger-chilli paste
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • Pinch of asafoetida
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tsp oil
  • Water as per requirement
  • Oil to grease the pan

Method:

  1.   2. Add water and make a thick  paste with no lumps. Adjust the consistency of the mixture to make a batter.

  4. Heat a non stick tawa or dosa pan on medium flame. Grease the pan with oil.

It’s a delicious, mouth melting, crispy traditional Maharashtrian sweet snack. It is usually made during Diwali festival. ???

Make and enjoy with cup of tea.

Sharing my simple recipe with you….

Ingredients :

  • 1/2 cup warm milk
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup ghee
  • Pinch of salt
  • All purpose flour (Maida)
  • Ghee for deep frying

Method:

  1. Take milk and sugar in a wide bowl and mix well.
  2. Add ghee and beat well till you get a smooth texture.14800991_10210864943210467_1243821449_n
  3. Add pinch of salt.
  4. Now add a little flour at a time and start kneading the dough.
  5. Add more flour until you get a nice dough.The dough should not be too tight or soft.
  6. Cover the dough with wet cloth and let it rest for 30 minutes.14872421_10210864943090464_699250698_n
  7. Once again kneed the dough. Divide it and make big circles with rolling pin.
  8. Cut into diamond or square shaped pieces using cutter or knife.

  10. On the other side heat the ghee in a kadhai on slow or medium heat for frying.
  11. Once ghee is hot enough, add pieces in the ghee.
  12. Fry till it become golden brown on slow flame.
  13. Remove Shakkar pare on paper towel and let it cool.

How to make Eggless Chocolate Banana Cake

Ripe bananas can make a very yummy, light, moist and spongy Cake.

This time, I have added goodness of chocolate,  which gives the nice texture and taste to your taste buds.

It is very easy to make and a very good snack for kids tiffin or can be accompany with a cup of tea.. ..

Sharing simple recipe with you all..

Ingredients :

  • 2 medium ripe bananas
  • 3/4 cup white/ brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/4 cup oil or melted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 cup all purpose flour/ maida
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips (Keep aside 1 tbsp for topping)
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Method:

  1. Preheat your oven at 180 degree C.
  2. You can use mixer grinder or hand blender to blend all the ingredients quick and easily.
  3. Peel and chop bananas and add it in to a blender and make a smooth paste.

How to make delicious Kesar Suji Halwa

Kesar Suji Halwa
Everyone’s all time favourite Kesar Suji Halwa is a very quick and easy dessert to make. Its very simple yet delicious in every bite with a delicious smell.  It is made on auspicious occasions like a pooja.  My kids love it and request me to make it again and again.

Here is the recipe want to share with you all…

Ingredients :

  • 1 cup suji (semolina)
  • 1 cup ghee
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup hot milk
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts like cashews and almonds
  • Few saffron stands (Kesar)
  • Some raisins

Method:

  1. Make hot milk and water (boiling), and keep aside.
  2. Soak saffron strands in 2 tbsp of hot milk and keep aside.
  3. Heat ghee in a pan on slow flame.
  4. Add suji and roast till it change its colour to light golden brown.12546105_10208336959932465_737378055_o

  6. Pour hot milk and hot water carefully as it splutters. Add more hot water if required.12506990_10208336919771461_1858603432_n
  7. Mix well and let it simmer for 1-2 min. The suji will soak all the water.

  10. Keep for some time then serve.
