Green Mint Chutney is easy to make with few ingredients. You can eat it with any pakoda or snack item. Any savory items tastes delicious with this chutney.
Simple recipe of making green chutney as follows..
Ingredients :
1/2 cup fresh mint leaves
1/4 cup coriander leaves
2 green chillies
1 small onion
1/2 inch ginger
1/4 cup thick curd
1 tsp lemon juice
Salt as per taste
Method:
In a mixer griander take all chutney ingredients.
Add some water if required and makes smooth paste.
Restaurant style Yummy Paneer tikka is made on the gas stove. It is simple to make at home and delicious in taste.
Marinate paneer cubes and veggies in spices and fry on a non-stick skilet.

Ingredients :
For marination
500g Paneer
1 red Capsicum
1 green Capsicum
1 big Onion
1 big Tomato
1/2 cup Curd
2 tbsp Gram flour
1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
4 tsp Tandoori Masala
2 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
1 tbsp Lemon Juice
1/2 tsp Kasuri Methi
Salt to taste
Butter and oil for frying
Method:
Cut paneer into cubes and onions into pieces.
Deseed the capsicum and tomato and cut into pieces.
Take curd in a big bowl, add gram flour, turmeric powder, tandoori masala, kashmiri red chilli powder, ginger- garlic paste, lemon juice, kasuri methi and salt. Mix well. Add paneer cubes , capsicum, tomato and onion pieces.
Marinate for at least 2 hrs in a fridge.
Arrange paneer cubes, onion, tomato pieces and capsicum pieces on bbq stick.
Heat 1 tbsp oil and 1 tbsp butter on non stick skilet. Arrange bbq sticks on it.
Fry on slow flame untill its colour changes to golden brown from all the sides.
Tawa Paneer Tikka is ready to eat….. enjoy!!!!

It is a perfect blend of chocolate and vanilla flavours. Very easy to make and a very good snack for kids or can be accompany with a cup of tea.
I Celebrated my Hubby’s birthday with this yummy and moist Eggless Zebra Cake.
Sharing my simple recipe with you all…
Ingredients :
1 and 1/2 cup all purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1 cup curd
1 tsp vinegar/ Lemon juice
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup oil or melted unsalted butter
1 and 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
5 tbsp milk
A pinch of salt
Method:
Preheat your oven at 170 to 180 degree C.
You can use hand blender to blend all the ingredients quick and easily.
Take the curd in a big bowl add sugar, vinegar, oil, 2 tbsp milk and vanilla essence and make a smooth paste.
Sieve all the dry ingredients. All purpose flour, baking powder, salt and baking soda.
Now in a bigger bowl add dry ingredients into wet ingredients in a small batch. Mix with cut and fold method.
Mix well. Add more milk if batter is too thick.
Devide the batter into 2 equal portions. Add cocoa powder and 2 tbsp milk in one of the batter.
Grease a 8” Baking tray with oil. Place butter paper/ parchment paper on the bottom of the tray or dust with flour.
In the middle of the pan Pour 2 tbsp. of each batter one by one at a time to create layers.
Repeat process till the end.
Use wooden stick to get desired design. (I moved wooden stick from the border of the pan to the middle of the pan and then in between in that lines moved stick from middle of the pan to the border )
Tap gently to remove air bubbles.
Place the tray inside an oven. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
To check if it is cooked, insert a tooth pick and it should come out clean.
Let it cool and Enjoy cake with tea…yum yum.

Recipe as follows..
Ingredients :
1 Cup wheat flour
1 tbsp. oil
Salt to taste
Water
Method:
Method of Making Roti dough :
In a big bowl take wheat flour, salt and mix well.
Now add little water at a time and start kneading the dough.
Dough should not be too tight or too soft.
Finish kneeding the dough by adding oil.
Cover the dough and let it rest for 30 minutes.
Once again kneed the dough. Roti dough is ready to use.
Method of Making Soft and fully puffed Chapati / Roti
Divide it and make balls.
Dust some dry wheat flour while rolling circle with rolling pin.
Heat skillet or tawa on medium flame.
Place roti on the tawa after it’s hot properly.
Flip roti after you see small bubbles on the surface.
Cook properly another side and flip roti again.
Press full roti with cloth ball.

After fully puffed up remove from tawa and apply ghee or oil.
Soft and fully puffed Chapati / Roti is ready to eat with any curry…!!!

Enjoy this winter with warm and light Clear Veggies Soup. Very easy to make healthy soup with crunch of vegetables. ?
Recipe of this simple soup is as follows…
Ingredients :
1 tbsp butter
1 tsp finely chopped garlic
4 to 5 chopped spring onion bulb
1/2 cup sweet corn kernels (Frozen/ Fresh)
1/2 cup carrot diced
1/2 cup cauliflower florets
4 tbsp. corn flour
1/2 tsp vinegar
Green spring onion for garnishing
3 to 4 cups water/vegetable stock
1 tsp black pepper powder
Salt to taste
Method:
In a deep heavy bottom pan heat butter on the slow flame.
Add garlic and stir for a minute.
Add spring onion bulb, cauliflower florets and diced carrot pieces for 2 mins. (You can add any other veggie too as per your choice like capsicum, french beans, green peas etc)
Add sweet corn kernels and mix well.
Add vegetable stock or water and bring it to boil.
Add some water in cornflour and make a fine paste. Add it into pan. It will thicken your soup.
Add black pepper powder, vinegar and salt.
Garnish with spring onion pieces.
Hot and yummy Clear Veggies Soup is ready to serve…

Delicious chilla can be made with just a few ingredients. Add oatmeal and spinach to make a power packed breakfast
My way of making Oatmeal Spinach Chilla is as follows..
Ingredients :
1/2 cup instant oatmeal
1/2 cup finely chopped fresh Methi / Fenugreek leaves
1/4 cup gram flour/ besan
1 onion finely chopped
2 tbsp rice flour
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp ginger-chilli paste
1 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
Pinch of asafoetida
1/2 tsp garam masala powder
Salt to taste
2 tsp oil
Water as per requirement
Oil to grease the pan
Method:
In a big bowl take instant oatmeal, methi leaves, gram flour, onion, cumin seeds, ginger-chilli paste, red chilli powder, Pinch of asafoetida, garam masala powder, turmeric powder and rice flour.
Add salt to taste and mix well.
Add water and make a paste with no lumps. Adjust the consistency of the mixture to make a batter.
Add oil and mix properly and keep aside for half an hour.
Heat a non stick tawa or dosa pan on medium flame. Grease the pan with oil.
Pour batter on pan after heated properly.
After 2 to 3 mins try to flip it. It will easily loosen from the sides.
Oatmeal Methi Chilla/ Pancake is ready to serve with ketchup, sauce or any curry.

Ingredients :
1 cup fresh Methi / Fenugreek leaves finely chopped
1 onion finely chopped
1 cup gram flour/ besan
2 tbsp rice flour
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp ginger-chilli paste
1 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
Pinch of asafoetida
1/2 tsp garam masala powder
Salt to taste
2 tsp oil
Water as per requirement
Oil to grease the pan
Method:
In a big bowl take finely chopped methi leaves, finely chopped onion , gram flour, rice flour, ginger-chilli paste, cumin seeds, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, asafoetida, garam masala powder, oil and salt to taste and mix well.
Add water and make a thick paste with no lumps. Adjust the consistency of the mixture to make a batter.
Keep aside for half an hour.
Heat a non stick tawa or dosa pan on medium flame. Grease the pan with oil.
Pour batter on pan after heated properly. Spread the batter with the help of spoon.
Arrange mini pancakes asper the size of your pan.
After 2 to 3 mins try to flip it. It will easily loosen from the sides. Cook properly from both the sides.
Mini Fenugreek Pancakes are ready to serve with ketchup, sauce or any curry.
